HANDS-ON.  First, you'll make the pizza dough as we explore several recipes to produce grilled pizza, thin crust pizza and a modern 2.0 variation. Then, you'll learn to make and combine a variety of toppings that will result in a modern interpretations of this classic dish.  Join us in the kitchen as you prepare :

Grilled Pears, Arugula & Prociutto;
Brussel Sprouts, Pancetta, Burrata & Lemon
Nduju, Sacamorza, Oregano, Garlic & Eggs;
Potato, Onion, Smoked Gouda, Creme Fraiche & Chives
