SEASONAL SUPPER. WINE PAIRING DINNER. Explore the flavors of the Pacific Northwest paired with Portlandia wines from the Willamette Valley. There will be minimal instruction during this dinner, but our cooking school staff will be on hand to answer any questions that you might have as the winemaker introduces you to a selection of award winning pinots. Menu includes:
Goat Cheese Tartlets;
Hot Smoked Salmon with Apple, Dried Cherry & Hazelnut Salad;
Roasted Lamb with Wild Mushrooms & Potato Pancake; and
A selection of Artisinal Cheeses from the Pacific Northwest.
