HANDS-ON. BASICS. Learn to make, roll and cut fresh pasta. In addition to creating filled pasta and lasagna, you will prepare several easy and tasty sauces. Menu includes:
Basic Egg Pasta;
Spinach Pasta;
Fettuccine with Lemon Cream Sauce;
Tonnarelli with Butter & Rosemary Sauce;
Pasta with Pesto;
Tortellini with Ricotta, Parsley & Tomato Cream Sauce; and
Green Lasagna Naples-style with Basic Tomato Sauce.

Participants should dress with safety in mind. Please wear completely closed flats, not sandals. Long hair should be pulled back.
