HANDS-ON. Spend some time in our kitchen learning how to make these dishes that feature the prized chiles from our neighboring state:
Romaine, Grilled Avocado & Smoky Corn Salad with Hatch Caesar Dressing;
Clams with Andouille Sausage & Hatch Chiles;
New Mexican Carne Asada;
Hatch Chile & Two Potato Gratin; and
Apple & Hatch Chile Crostadas with Cajeta served with Homemade Ice Cream.

Participants must dress with safety in mind. Please wear completely closed shoes, no sandals. Long hair should be pulled back and up.
