HANDS-ON. Spend some time in the kitchen learning to make a delicious meal with our expert guidance. You'll practice the proper techniques to create these dishes that will transport your tastebuds to the Crescent City:
Oysters Bienville;
Muffaletta Salad;
Beef Filet with Crawfish Bordelaise;
Creamy Grits with Corn & Anduille Sausage; and
Classic Bread Pudding with Whiskey Sauce.

Participants should dress with safety in mind. Please wear completely closed flats, not sandals. Long hair should be pulled back.
