HANDS-ON. Wake your family with the aroma of freshly baked, buttery croissants from your own oven. Learn the classic French techniques to making these flakey rich pastries. In this 4-hour class, you will be introduced to croissant dough as well as puff pastry and create the following:
Croissant au Beurre (Classic Butter Croissant);
Pain au Chocolat (Chocolate Croissant);
Ham & Cheese Croissants;
Blitz Puff Pastry; and
Chaussons (Apple Turnovers).

Alcohol will not be served in this family-friendly class.
If you are under 18, your parent or guardian must sign a waiver for you to attend class.
Participants must dress with safety in mind. Please wear completely closed shoes, no sandals. Long hair should be pulled back.
