A BISTRO MEAL(DL7/14/2016)
(For Ages 18 & UP)
HANDS-ON. Spend an evening learning to make a delicious and simple bistro meal. You'll practice classical French techinques as you master these dishes:
Moules Mariniere (Mussels in White Wine);
Filet of Beef au Poivre (Beef Filet with Peppercorn Sauce);
Pommes Savoyard (Gratin of Potatoes);
Haricot Vert et Carottes (Sauteed Green Beans with Carrots); and
Clafouti (Seasonal Fruit Flan).

Participants must dress with safety in mind. Please wear completely closed shoes, no sandals. Long hair should be pulled back and up.
