HANDS-ON. BASICS. Take a tour of our Seafood Market, learn how to select fresh fish, and then back to the Cooking School where you'll steam, roast, grill and sauté the catch of the day. Menu will be determined by the seafood available on the day of class.

Participants should dress with safety in mind. Please wear completely closed flats, not sandals. Long hair should be pulled back.
