• Texas Rib-eye with Three Pepper Compound Butter;
• Baked Sweet Potato with Chipotle Sour Cream Mash;
• Asparagus Skillet with Rajas, Mushrooms & Onions;
• Cilantro Cornbread; and
• Texas Chocolate Sheet Cake with Ice Cream & Caramel Pecan Sauce.

Participants should dress with safety in mind. Please wear completely closed flats, not sandals. Long hair should be pulled back.
