- Baked Sweet Potato with Chipotle Sour Cream Mash;
- Asparagus Skillet with Rajas, Mushrooms & Onions;
- Cilantro Cornbread; and
- Texas Chocolate Sheet Cake with Ice Cream & Caramel Pecan Sauce.
