HANDS-ON. BASICS. You’ll learn to cut a whole chicken into pieces that will transition to a wonderful meal. Practice the proper techniques that result in tasty, moist chicken every time. Menu includes:
- Chicken in Sun-dried Tomato Cream Sauce;
- Chicken Picatta;
- Hoisin Chicken Lettuce Wraps; and
- Broiled Mustard Chicken Wings.

Participants should dress with safety in mind. Please wear completely closed flats, not sandals. Long hair should be pulled back.
