HANDS-ON. First held in mid-October 1810 to commemorate a royal marriage, Oktoberfest has become a festival celebrating food and drink. Celebrate with us and as you learn to make:

• German Ham-wrapped Figs with Marinated Bean Salad & Hazelnuts;
• Pork Schnitzel with Chanterelle Mushrooms;
• Braised Red Cabbage & Apples;
• Homemade Spaetzel; and
• Rustic Pear Tart with Late Harvest Riesling.
