HANDS-ON. First held in mid-October 1810 to commemorate a royal marriage, Oktoberfest has become a festival celebrating food and drink. Celebrate with us and as you learn to make:
- German Ham-wrapped Figs with Marinated Bean Salad & Hazelnuts;
- Pork Schnitzel with Chanterelle Mushrooms;
- Braised Red Cabbage & Apples;
- Homemade Spaetzel; and
- Rustic Pear Tart with Late Harvest Riesling.

Participants should dress with safety in mind. Please wear completely closed shoes, no sandals. Long hair should be pulled back.
