HANDS-ON. Learn about these “small plates” from various countries around the Meditteranean as you make:
- Baba Ghanoush (Pureed Eggplant, Tahini, Lemon Juice & Garlic);
- Tabbouleh (Bulghur Wheat, Tomatoes Onions & Mint);
- Shrimp in a Skillet with Creamy Tomato-Ouzo Sauce;
- Turkish Kofte (Meatballs);
- Chicken Kebabs; and
- Date & Walnut Phyllo Rolls with Yogurt & Honey.

Participants should dress with safety in mind. Please wear completely closed flats, not sandals. Long hair should be pulled back.
