• Baja Beer Battered Fish Tacos;
• Alambre de Bistec (Steak Tacos with Bacon, Onions & Peppers);  
• Chicken Tinga Puffy Tacos (Stewed Shredded Chicken with Tomatoes & Spices ); and  
• Tacos al Pastor (Anchiote Marinated Pork Tacos)
