HANDS-ON. Explore the ingredients of the Mediterranean and discover how their flavors are highlighted on the grill. You'll make:
- Grilled & Smoky Baba Ghanoush (Pureed Eggplant with Tahini, Lemon Juice & Garlic);
- Herb & Olive Oil Lamb Chops;
- Couscous with Preserved Lemon, Toasted Almonds, Mint & Feta;
- Grilled Red Pepper, Summer Squash, & Onions; and
- Fresh Figs with Mascarpone & Orange Caramel Sauce.

Participants should dress with safety in mind. Please wear completely closed flats, not sandals. Long hair should be pulled back.
