LA PARILLA ARGENTINA
(For Ages 18 & Up)
HANDS-ON. Create the traditional flavors of an Argentine grilled dinner. You'll learn how to cook a steak and vegetables on the grill, work with dough to make the correct empanada fold, and make a classic dessert that features dulce de leche. Menu includes:
Empanadas Mendocinas (Mendoza-style Empanadas);
Burnt Tomatoes & Fennel with Mustard Vinaigrette;
Entrana a La Parilla ( Argentine Steak with Chimichurri);
Patagonian Potatoes; and
Dulce de Leche Cheesecake serrved with a Compote of Fresh Berries in Torrontes Wine.

Participants should dress with safety in mind. Please wear completely closed, flat shoes, not sandals. Long hair should be pulled back.
