- HANDS-ON. BASICS. Learn about the seven essential cooking techiniques used in classical cuisine. In this hands-on, two part series, you will practice these basics in our kitchen and sample the dishes that you've made at the end of the evening.

Participants should dress with safety in mind. Please wear completely closed flats, not sandals. Long hair should be pulled back.
