HANDS-ON. Explore the varieties of shrimp. Using peak of season ingredients, you'll apply basic cooking techniques to produce these flavorful dishes:
Thai Shrimp & Mango Salad with Grilled Avocado;
Grilled Shrimp with Sweet Corn Butter & Bacon Marmalade;
Baked Greek Shrimp with Summer Tomatoes & Feta; and
Zucchini & Yellow Squash Linguini with Lemon & Basil Shrimp Scampi.

Participants must dress with safety in mind. Please wear completely closed shoes, no sandals. Long hair should be pulled back and up.
