MAKE & TAKE: Hatch To Go
(For Ages 13 & Up)
HANDS-ON. MAKE & TAKE. Learn how to pick, roast and peel these delicious peppers as you transform them into condiments and sides that are sure to deliver full flavor and a splash of spice. You'll make these recipes and then take some home to enjoy with family and friends:
Hatch Salsa;
Hatch Grill & BBQ Sauce;
Hatch Cheese Ball; and
Hatch Jelly.
(A light meal will be served before class.)

If you are under 18, your parent or guardian must sign a waiver for you to attend class.
Participants should dress with safety in mind. Please wear completely closed flats, not sandals. Long hair should be pulled back.
