HANDS-ON. Discover how wine can lend its characteristics and nuances to a dish, transforming it into something spectacular. Menu includes:
Duck Salad with Cheese Toasts & Port-Currant Sauce;
Blue Cheese-crusted Steaks with Red Wine Sauce;
Green Beans with Warm Bacon Dressing;
Mashed Potatoes with Wine Braised Turnips; and
Fresh Fruit with Mulled White Wine Custard Sauce.

Participants must dress with safety in mind. Please wear completely closed shoes, no sandals. Long hair should be pulled back.
