HANDS-ON. Celebrate the bounty of the Gulf Coast in our kitchen. Explore the variety of local seafood as you learn to make these delicious dishes:
Pecan-crusted Texas Redfish with Baby Shrimp, Tomato & Cilantro Butter;
Crab Cakes with Jalapeño Remoulade;
Baked Oysters with Wild Mushroom Ragout & Aioli; and
Key Lime Grilled Shrimp.

Participants should dress with safety in mind. Please wear completely closed flats, not sandals. Long hair should be pulled back.
