HANDS-ON. Create the traditional flavors of an Argentine grilled dinner utilizing the right techniques. You'll learn how to cook a steak and vegetables on the grill, work with dough to make the correct emapanda fold, and make a classic dessert utilizingdulce de leche.
Empanadas Mendocinas (Mendoza-style Empanadas);
Burnt Tomatoes & Fennel with Mustard Vinaigrette;
Entrana a La Parilla (Argentine Steak with Chimichurri);
Patagonian Potatoes; and
Dulce de Leche Cheesecake served with a Compote of Fresh Berries in Torrontes Wine.

Participants must dress with safety in mind. Please wear completely closed, flat shoes, not sandals. Long hair should be pulled back.
