HANDS-ON. Add a touch of the Far-East to your repertoire as you learn to make:
Grilled Wagyu Steak with Braised Mushrooms;
Miso-glazed Scallops;
Asparagus with Crushed Black Sesame;

Participants should dress with safety in mind. Please wear completely closed flats, not sandals. Long hair should be pulled back.
