HANDS-ON. The flavors of Thailand come alive in our kitchen as you learn how to make these aromatic dishes. You'll learn to use authentic ingredients and practice classic techniques as you create:
Shrimp Spring Rolls with Peanut Sauce;
Tom Kha Gai (Coconut Chicken Soup);
Thai Red Duck Curry; and
Panang with Beef

Participants must dress with safety in mind. Please wear completely closed shoes, no sandals. Long hair should be pulled back and up.
