TEENS CULINARY BOOTCAMP: Cooking Methods II(DL7/20/2016)
(For Ages 13-18)
TEENS.HANDS-ON. Learn about the seven essential cooking techiniques used in classical cuisine. In this hands-on, two part series, you will practice these basics in our kitchen and sample the dishes that you've made at the end of class:
Roast/Bake;
Broil;
Grill;
Saute/Fry;
Simmer/Boil;
Steam;
Braise.
