COUPLES COOK: TIKKI PARTY LUAU

(For Ages 18 & Up)
HANDS-ON. Luau, the green leafy portion of the Hawaiian staple food taro, now brings to mind an outdoor dining event and is synonymous with fun, entertainment and delicious food!  Practice the techniques necessary to create:

• Spicy Hawaiian Tuna Poke;
• Teriyaki Meatballs;
• Huli Huli Chicken;
• Ma’o Vegetable Stir Fry; 
• Hawaiian Rice Pilaf; and
• Huapia-Hawaiian Coconut Pudding.

  Participants must dress with safety in mind. Please wear completely closed, flat shoes, not sandals. Long hair should be pulled back.
