Explore this evolution with Pati Jinich, who grew up in Mexico City and hosts the popular PBS TV series, Pati’s Mexican Table. She will show you how to make traditional dishes passed down through the generationsas well as recipes that have evolved as she shares stories about the people and places who guarded the old and those who have embraced the new.
