HANDS-ON. BASIC. Sauces accentuate great dishes and can elevate everyday meals. Learn to make these classics:
Homemade Mayonnaise;
Hollandaise;
Béchamel;
Rich Brown Sauce;
Velouté; and
Crème Anglaise
At the end of class, each sauce will be used to create a meal for the evening.
