Mache Salad with Citrus, Pistachios & Pomegranate;
Maple-brined, Bonless Pork Loin Roast with Apples, Onions & Mustard Bread Crumbs;
Butternut Squash Gratin with Goat Cheese & Hazlenuts;
Brussel Sprouts with Shallots & Mushrooms; and
Apple, Pear & Dried Cherry Crumble.
