HANDS-ON. Working in groups with our instructors, you’ll prepare these elegant winter dishes: 

• Bacon-wrapped Scallops with Fried Sage & Brie Cream Sauce;
• Porcini-crusted Filet with Herb Butter;
• Bread Pudding with Acorn Squash, Wild Mushrooms & Gruyère Cheese;
• Braised Winter Greens; and
• Espresso Crème Brûlée.
