HANDS-ON. Working in groups with our instructors, you’ll prepare these elegant winter dishes:
- Bacon-wrapped Scallops with Fried Sage & Brie Cream Sauce;
- Porcini-crusted Filet with Herb Butter;
- Bread Pudding with Acorn Squash, Wild Mushrooms & Gruyère Cheese;
- Braised Winter Greens; and
- Espresso Crème Brûlée.
