The four-day festival, being held at Angelika Film Center from November 6th through November 9th, is a rare opportunity to watch movies about the United States Armed Forces and hear real accounts from the filmmakers and Medal of Honor veterans who fought in the battles.

An elite team of Navy SEALs embark on a covert mission to recover a kidnapped CIA agent.

TORA! TORA! TORA! (G; 144 min) - 11/7 @ 12:30PM
A dramatization of the Japanese attack on Pearl Harbor and the series of American missteps that allowed it to happen.

PORK CHOP HILL (NR; 97 min) - 11/7 @ 4PM
Grim story of one of the major battles of the Korean War. While negotiators are at work in Panmunjom trying to bring the conflict to a negotiated end, Lt. Joe Clemons is ordered to launch an attack and retake Pork Cop Hill. As the Chinese prepare to counterattack and broadcast propaganda over loudspeakers, the men prepare for what may be their last battle.

After his wife takes their son and leaves him, Sgt. John Stryker is an embittered man who takes his misery out on the men under his command. Even his old friends start to wonder if he's gone from being the epitome of a tough Marine Sergeant to a man over the edge.
